it’s monday as i write this and ugh, why are mondays so loathsome? personally, i think we all work too hard and should instead take up the European habit of having longer lunch breaks, and decent holidays away from the workday grind. so for this week’s color story, i thought i’d round up some summertime accouterment to hopefully put your mind in the mood for long, leisurely days at the beach, your own backyard, or a nearby shady park. summer was made for picnics and spending more time dining al fresco in our own cozy gardens, so i’ve found some colorfully fun outdoor gear — serving pieces, table linens, beach towels, and umbrellas to enhance your time spent outside this summer. now, go ahead — work on getting some extra time off for play! i hope this post helps you get in the mood for the warm weather season.
