The aim was to design a packaging for a hypothetical fruit and flower jam brand. Flowers are often underrated when it comes to their nutrition content. They are packed with antioxidants and biologically active substances including vitamin A, C, riboflavin, niacin, and minerals, aiding our overall daily nutrition goals. The product along with its vibrant and joyful packaging, will help in making flowers and fruits a part of daily breakfast in a delicious and fun way. In fast paced world where food often seems like a chore tackled with convenience, we seem to be losing our bond with food itself. Conversely, the brand is about taking time off and savoring all that nature has to offer from the flower to the fruit. The packaging of and its corresponding slightly abstract and geometric illustrations will highlight the experiential value that the product and the ingredients have to it. From the fragrant earthiness of lavender flowers to the tingling of cherries, the brand is all about, ‘a beyond the jam’ experience.

The name Florigami comes from the joyful and crafty feel one gets while folding paper boats and pinwheels. Origami sheets, paper folded and each side having a unique look, make the label itself look like it is in the process of being layered and crafted with care and joy. The brand also aims at bring the user closer to what they eat and eventually nature itself. Going with the notions of give and take, the jars have seed paper outer wrappers that can be planted later. The tubs too have seen paper rolled in on the inside.
