Romero de la Mora architecture was asked to design the House Coworking offices with multiple spaces for dynamic working in Mexico City, Mexico.

The client required a design with its own mood and low maintenance that could allow the project to be replicated in different locations. The architecture of the place had to transmit a pleasant atmosphere that allowed it to be shared between professionals, entrepreneurs and SMEs. The main objective of this project is to create a competitive infrastructure through a networking experience inside House Coworking.

To allow all individuals who belong to this network to strive in their professional careers, expand their business, increase their ability to innovate, generate an internal or external network, which will allow an individual to create a business within their newly created network.

Networking as foreground
Thanks to our permeable and social areas within Coworking we have enjoyable spaces in which users will be able to connect with others with much ease. Satisfying the objective of networking within House Coworking will open the possibility of exchange of information and contacts as well as relationships with individuals who share similar professional interests. Networking is the most important element of House Coworking.

One of the most important requirements of the client was that the independent professionals, entrepreneurs, SMEs, would harbor a good relationship within House Coworking, through daily interaction during lunch or a coffee break. Individuals will be able make themselves known, listen, create opportunities, and learn from others a result of a strong network of contacts.
