IDI Jakarta is honored for being awarded the new office construction contract for MRT Office Renovation. The actual construction started in December 2020, spanning an area of 18169sqft over two floors.
The biggest challenge about this project is balancing the budget and the timeline. An additional dimension of challenge to the project is to have the whole project renovated in sequential stages for our clients to operate even during the renovation.
Our solution was to optimize pre-planning and maximizing production. By keeping things lean, we were able to complete this project following the expectations and trust given by the client.
