The Meditation Space was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the institution, in 1995. The intention was to create a space where people from around the world, of all races and religions could pray for peace. Captured by Italian photographer Simone Bossi, he reveals the atmosphere of the solemnity of the space.
