One of the things I hate are new-builds without character but Venice Beach-based design firm found a way to incorporate a ton of mid-century feel into this Santa Monica space — which they built from the ground up! With natural cedar both inside and out, cool built-ins for storing trinkets and creating #shelfies, and a nod to calming Scandinavian color palettes, the team fully decked out this home and created something just begging for a fun family to make a home within the walls. I’m partial to the unique furniture pieces (that desk!), classic fixtures, and natural looking rugs.
What do you love?
xx,
