my very favorite design magazine recently featured the workshop of artist in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. paris is a treasure trove of centuries-old creative spaces, and this ceramic studio is one of so many, but truly has something special about it. maybe it’s the vines that creep along ancient whitewashed brick walls, and the secret garden kind of feel it evokes, but i can see why it’s so conducive to creating the beautiful ceramics ema makes. for the full tour visit and to see more of ema’s work visit .
