a about art today! like a lot of us, when it comes to decorating with art, i get a little stuck — at least at first. after moving to my cottage in laguna beach almost a year ago i’m still having internal struggles about which art to hang and where, and am still on the hunt for new art (always!). there’s a lot of great resources online for art these days obviously, but if you like vintage artwork as much as i do, try checking out and , and when the flea markets return that’s usually my best bet at finding one of a kind, unique artwork. we’ve also added a few new pieces to , but they’ve been selling out quite quickly. i also like a lot of different kinds of art, so i get inspired when i see eclectic home galleries put together in what looks quite effortless. i envy that and strive to emulate the look. i’m still a work in progress and will probably stick to a more minimalist look, but here’s what’s inspiring me right now — from one simple statement piece to wildly eccentric home galleries, i kinda love it all.
