there’s much to love about interior designer tom delavan’s new york home. we can begin by adoring the intricately carved marble fireplace mantel and then move on to those ceilings and windows that seem to reach the sky. sigh. why can’t all homes be built like this? but as they say, they just don’t make ’em like this anymore. i think that’s why i’ve been craving an older space lately — paris, london, new york, barcelona: they have these kinds of spaces in spades, but los angeles, not so much, or at least rare to find. but, sorry, i digress — tom’s entire home is most enviable and he’s created the kind of space for himself that he characteristically designs for his clients, reflecting the lifestyle of the individuals who inhabit them. his space is elegant but still oh-so-cozy and perfectly winter white. for more inspiration from tom delavan visit his website and follow along on instagram.
