Their previous offices didn’t reflect how they worked. The spaces were dark, closed off, and poorly ventilated. Employees were isolated from each other and struggling with an office layout that made collaboration harder than it needed to be.
So Aviat partnered with Kragelj to rethink everything. Through interviews and a tailored design process, we focused not just on fixing the old problems but on building a workspace fit for the future, with people at the center of every decision.
Aviat’s new workspace is all about clarity in design and function.
Open, naturally lit environments with enough space for both individual focus and group work. Storage, often overlooked, was also a priority. The solution?
Clean, integrated systems such as lockers that keep the workspace functional without overwhelming the design.Large desks and a layout that brings everyone together. No more long walks to meetings, the setup supports ongoing conversations and teamwork, without being disruptive.
This isn’t just a redesign. It’s a response to what people need to do their best work, designed to serve both current and future users.
