Avizva a Product Engineering Group, on a mission to build healthcare products that empower healthcare enterprises to achieve more. Their incredible journey began in 2011 with a vision to build purpose-driven products and bring transformative impact with technology.
Avizva desired to create a space that speaks of their culture and core values while resonating with the of the new city. The spatial brief was to create an office to seat about 150 people, that is highly functional, flexible and encourages collaboration.
Designforth imagined what Avizva’s ambitions were for a creative workspace and deliver the company’s subtle cultural and ethical messages through the environmental experience.
The design priorities space optimization and flexibility, to present unique spatial solutions. The resultant space is a function of the companies values that defies hierarchy and focuses on fluidity and productive interactions.
Spatially the two breakout areas that also guise as arrival spaces, and link the two wings of the building together to create a seamless floor space and circulation.
The workstations are kept deliberately lower in numbers and take the center stage on the floor plan and are sprinkled with communal spaces there are areas created to cater to a wide working styles.
Main color that dominates the space is kept subtle and earthy contrasted by accented surface in Terracotta tones borrowed from Avizva’s brand identity, for a bold yet balanced aesthetic.
Materials used are visually rich such as teak wood, concrete, carpets and terrazzo, and add a lot of depth, layers and drama to an otherwise minimal look.
A strong emphasis has been on the collaboration with native and regional artists and techniques to pay our homage to the local crafts, creating a both a juxtaposition of the art and the technology which is the core of their business and bringing in a sense of belonging to the geographical.
Details about art themes- The art in the space though subtle does lend a strong aesthetic to the space and celebrates the India art forms while also speaking of the company’s ethos and values that are directly and indirectly included in the themes of the art work.
