well if this doesn’t feel fresh and clean, i don’t know what does. this beautiful minimalist home in venice, california was featured on lonny this week and it just made me want to rethink everything. there are times when i wonder why i have so much stuff, and this home tour brought those thoughts on big time. i know myself pretty well by now, and know i probably could never part with my many treasures and live this zen life, but i certainly can appreciate this loft’s loveliness. this is the home of wellness entrepreneur ara katz, and i love her choice of these pale pink linen petra sofas from h.d. buttercup paired with natural wood elements and all that bright white and bold black window trim. the fireplace provides warmth, too — both literally and figuratively. for the full tour, visit lonny.
