cheers, everyone, and here’s to monday! i know what you’re thinking, “ugh, monday”, but today i thought we’d jump right in and celebrate all things red for this week’s . red has many hues, but today we’re leaning towards tomato red or a rusty red — think of the shade of campbell’s tomato soup, and you’re in the right neighborhood. i’ve been seeing more and more red around lately, and i like it, but for me, i like it in smaller doses as an accent color in a single chair, some throw pillows, or a piece of great art. but regardless of how much red you can live with it’s certainly a joyful color that goes well with so many other colors under the rainbow and reminds me of the Italian riviera or a farmers market in Provence. i love red paired with stark white, pale pistachio green, or even a bit of blue. here are a few thoughts on that bit of color theory.
