Futurespace, the architectural design studio renowned for its achievements in workplace innovation, has announced that founder and director Stephen Minnett will be stepping down from his current role, effective 30 June 2023.
In a formal statement, the studio states: “Since its establishment in 2001, Futurespace has thrived under Minnett’s dedication and leadership. His profound passion for the future of work and the transformative power of architecture has been instrumental in the studio’s success.
“Under Minnett’s guidance, the Futurespace team has revolutionised workplace design, collaborating with esteemed clients such as Macquarie Bank, Microsoft, JLL, Fortescue Metals, Aware Super, and realestate.com.au,” the studio states.
“These ground-breaking projects, many of them amongst the first examples of Activity Based Working (ABW) in Australia, exemplify Futurespace’s commitment to pushing boundaries and delivering tailored design solutions that enhance organisational culture and productivity.”
The studio states it is immensely grateful for the foundation Minnett has laid and the values he has instilled within the organisation.
