i used to think painting brick was kind of sacrilegious, but i’ve been swayed in the opposite direction and really quite like it now. and not go on ad nauseam about , but yet again i was so inspired by designer leanne’s vision to add white paint a significant brick space in a mid-century modern home they were renovating, that i was motivated to write this post. white brick especially looks so fresh and lightens up what could be a very dark room and gives it a whole new life and look. i know it takes some guts to brush that first swipe of white — but look how worth it looks!
