For the new Campari Group offices, the design process began with deep research into the company’s heritage and the need to translate its iconic identity into a contemporary spatial experience. The primary challenge was to integrate two distinct environments: the playful, dynamic energy of the bar experience and the focused, collaborative, and functional atmosphere required in a modern workplace.

Research into Campari’s first production factory served as the creative foundation, building a bridge between past, present, and future. Brick, as a material deeply rooted in that origin, is reinterpreted throughout the project as a architectural narrative thread, honoring the company’s history through a refined, modern lens.

This historical reference informs the overarching concept of fluidity, shaping both the layout and the overall user journey. Boundaries between functions are intentionally blurred, allowing work zones, meeting rooms, and social areas to connect seamlessly. Upon entering, a dramatic, central bar acts as the heart of the project, a theatrical landmark that immediately introduces visitors to the Campari universe.

From this focal point, the office transitions gradually into various meeting environments and open workstations. Transparencies, reflections, and a curated selection of tactile materials contribute to a sophisticated and engaging journey, where spaces reveal themselves as one moves through the floor.

The color palette and environmental graphics draw inspiration from Campari Group’s diverse brand portfolio, reinterpreting these elements into a cohesive architectural language. Every design decision seeks to express the company’s identity conceptually rather than literally, transforming historic assets into spatial features.

The result is a workplace that extends beyond brand representation: an architecture designed to foster a culture of gathering, build a sense of belonging, and reflect the true spirit of Campari Group. Embracing the ethos “Unlocking human connections,” the project turns the company’s brand identity into an engaging everyday experience.
