Positioned along the waterfront, the space translates precision and innovation into a composed, human-centered environment that supports leadership, collaboration, and focus.
The workplace is organized with a clear sense of balance. Open and enclosed areas are carefully calibrated, allowing light, views, and movement to flow naturally while still supporting privacy and concentration. The result is an environment that feels intuitive, flexible, and responsive to the pace of daily work.
Design gestures throughout the office draw from Catalent’s scientific foundation in a subtle, interpretive way. Shapes and geometries reference molecular structures and the double helix, paired with material choices that echo the surrounding water and horizon.
