i’m sending today’s post a little late today, guys — so my apologies. i was away for a dear friend’s memorial service and just catching up. but here we are, ready to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere during these chillier seasons. nothing quite captures this essence like winter whites — especially when you live in a place sans snow, like sunny california. this modern and minimalist design approach is not so much an absence of color but instead focuses on using shades of white to create a monochromatic palette that is visually stunning, comfortable, and very welcoming. and the beauty of seasonal winter whites is their versatility. i think the key to making the look great is to layer up with different winter whites and a variety of eclectic material textures.
