The new office of the American client in Gurugram, India – is designed as a harmonious blend of their company’s global standard, branding, values and inclusive workspace that supports the future aim of their business.

Designed within an area of 10000 sft, this project was aimed to create a space that forms a seamless bond between functionality, technology and aesthetic appeal. Each space in this design is carefully crafted to welcome the employees to an office that enhances their productivity and reflects the client’s brand identity.

The main reception welcomes the employees with a warm and calm environment evoking a sense of ease through a muted palette of wood, white and biophilic elements. Maximizing daylight was a key consideration in the layout, ensuring that the workstation areas are bright and airy. The workplace is also equipped with seamless and integrated technology to better drive the firm forward to support modern ways of working.

To break the monotony of the typical office environment, collaborative spaces are integrated into the workspace providing a refreshing contrast and are emphasized with a built envelope of Metal mesh. The social café/pantry is an extension of the welcome space, designed to create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The space subtly mimics an outdoor setting, incorporating wall graphics, wood textures and sandy elements to evoke a sense of nature and tranquility.

The end result is an office space that feels cohesive, where every design decision thoughtfully balances practicality and aesthetics. The space creates an inspiring atmosphere that enhances employee engagement while reflecting the company’s core values and forward-looking vision. This harmonious design ensures that the office not only meets the needs of the business but also fosters a positive, productive and visually appealing workplace.
