Savills Workplace & Design delivered a 22,000 sq ft workplace fit-out across three floors in London for a US-based financial services firm, in partnership with Peldon Rose. The project focused on creating a cohesive, high-performing environment that reflects the client’s global identity while responding to its local context.
At the heart of the design is a sculptural central staircase, which acts as both a visual and functional anchor, enhancing connectivity between the contiguous floors and encouraging spontaneous interaction between teams. This feature plays a key role in fostering collaboration and movement throughout the workspace, supporting a more dynamic and engaged working culture.
The overall design draws inspiration from the client’s established brand and their US office environments, ensuring consistency across their global portfolio. This is complemented by a refined material palette and carefully considered architectural detailing, which introduce a distinctly local character suited to the London setting.
The result is a cohesive and contemporary workplace that balances global brand alignment with regional identity, while promoting collaboration, connectivity, and an enhanced employee experience across all levels of the business.
