Move Architects is proud to unveil the successful completion of our latest interior design and project management endeavor—an extensive renovation and transformation for a prominent, undisclosed leader in the tech industry. Located in Sofia and spanning an impressive 2,400 sq.m., this project was executed with precision and vision, with the design phase completed in just two months and full implementation in under three.

The brief was clear: revitalize an aging workspace to better serve a dynamic, fast-paced organization. The key objectives were to improve environmental comfort, elevate acoustic performance, and breathe new life into the space through comprehensive renovation.

Our response was rooted in a human-centered approach. We focused on creating a warm, collaborative, and functional environment that supports various work modes—from focused individual tasks to casual collaboration and formal meetings. A restrained yet inviting palette of natural materials, soft textiles, and subtle contrasts defines the interior atmosphere, bringing a sense of calm and cohesion throughout.

Acoustic comfort was a central pillar of the design. We employed advanced materials and zoned layouts to address sound control across open-plan areas, meeting rooms, and social spaces. Sound-absorbing wall panels, acoustic ceiling systems, and thoughtfully placed soft furnishings all contribute to a workplace that balances buzz with focus.

Among the highlights of the new interior is the reimagined welcome area, now a bright and professional first impression with modern finishes and layered lighting. The café and breakout spaces have been carefully planned as hubs of social interaction, furnished with comfortable seating and warm textures that invite spontaneous conversation and relaxation. Meanwhile, the collaboration zones are designed with flexibility in mind—modular furniture, digital screens, and a tech-ready infrastructure enable teams to innovate with ease.

This project exemplifies our commitment to high-performance environments where people thrive. From concept to handover, Move Architects has delivered a workspace that not only meets the functional needs of our client, but also enhances the everyday experience of those who use it.
