i recently stumbled upon a new kind of real estate agency i’ve seen popping up around the internet these days. it’s a much more modern way to go about finding your next home, and quite aptly called the modern house, based in london. i was perusing their listings (just for fun!) when i came upon this cozy victorian and thought you might like a peek, too. i like the way the modern house hosts interviews about the homes they list with the current owners on their blog journal, which is such a clever and much more intimate way to gain a personal perspective of homes you’re interested in. and, this home is currently one of their loveliest — located in bristol, england should you just by chance looking in the neighborhood.
