Chevalier Morales unveils Imagine 1501, a project showcasing the transformative potential of a professional workspace dedicated to excellence. The Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg Law Firm has redefined its new Montreal offices with a focus on quality and timeless design. Rising several floors within 1501 McGill College – known as La Tour McGill – Davies enhances its connection to Montreal’s downtown core and solidifies its reputation across North America. This project embodies a signature Montreal and Quebec identity, from the strategic decision to maintain its presence on the city’s prestigious commercial artery, to carefully selecting local materials.
Partnering with Chevalier Morales, Davies undertook the ambitious task of revitalizing its workspaces, which have served the firm since 1994 and span five floors, totaling approximately 73,500 square feet. The renovation touched every level, including the common areas, reinforcing Davies’ distinct character through elegant simplicity and refined design. These enhanced spaces optimize functionality, while improving lighting, acoustics, ergonomics, and inclusivity, ensuring ideal conditions for members, collaborators, and clients. Chevalier Morales ensured that the project mirrored Davies’ professional culture and excellence in both its meeting spaces and more intimate areas. The integration of technological systems capable of evolving within the office spaces was carefully planned to allow the firm to grow and adapt to the challenges of the years ahead.
Guided by Davies’ values of authenticity and collaboration, the new office layout incorporates a range of shared workspaces and opportunities for social interaction in common areas. Attuned to the ever-evolving professional landscape, the offices are equipped with adaptable technology to support growth and the potential future redefinition of spaces.
