Design spaces with the maximum possible natural light in an industrial building, and make those who see them think: “I want to work there”.
ODAS Approach
The layout is organized around the user experience and the connection to the outside. The more social areas are located along the facade, next to the entrance, to maximize their visibility and connection to the street. The workspaces are located inside, linked to the production area and designed to promote concentration. To illuminate these spaces, we designed skylights that flood them with uniform and controlled natural light. With future needs in mind, we included reserve areas that allow for adapting uses, growing, and evolving alongside the company and its people.
