In the modern business world, a pleasant and functional work environment is crucial for success. The goal of the Delight Showroom project was to create an ambiance that clearly communicates the company’s values and work culture, serving as a foundation for innovation and stronger collaboration among employees and with future clients.
Each zone within the space has a unique character, guided by principles essential for a contemporary work environment that supports both individual and team work, enabling spontaneous exchange of ideas and greater autonomy. The interior design is conceived to blend private and public spaces, allowing a balance between open collaboration and privacy.
Good natural lighting is achieved through large windows, while areas with less natural light are designed for focused work or short breaks with carefully selected lighting. The work environment is designed to be modular and flexible, providing the possibility of continuous transformation of the space according to the needs for team collaboration.
Instead of traditional closed-off sectors, the workspace is organized into neighborhoods that encourage community, communication, interaction, and relationships, thereby enhancing the work atmosphere. Additionally, zones for informal meetings and socializing among employees have been created.
The open layout has contributed to the accessibility and pleasantness of the space. Each zone is carefully designed to encourage collaboration, while key elements such as natural light and greenery are integrated to create a relaxing ambiance.
