MoVe Architects recently completed the interior design and project management of the new EOS office in Sofia, Bulgaria. The 1,500 sq.m. workspace was delivered in just five months – including both the design and construction phases – demonstrating the studio’s strong capability for fast, high-quality project execution.
The concept behind the EOS office design was to reflect the company’s mission of “Changing finances for the better” through a space that promotes clarity, confidence, and collaboration. Functionality, acoustic comfort, and brand identity were the cornerstones of the design brief.
Upon entering the reception area, visitors are greeted by a bright, welcoming space featuring natural materials, soft lighting, and a custom-built reception desk. The iconic red EOS logo is prominently integrated into the environment, while warm wood paneling and curved seating elements create a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere.
The office layout follows a clean and efficient spatial logic, balancing open-plan workstations with acoustic panels and privacy dividers, collaborative zones, quiet rooms, and formal meeting areas. A variety of work settings support flexibility in daily operations, encouraging both focus and teamwork. Each zone was carefully considered to match the company’s dynamic work culture while maintaining a consistent aesthetic.
One of the highlights of the space is the large meeting room, featuring a striking mural with line drawings of iconic European landmarks – a subtle nod to EOS’s international presence. The room is fitted with high-performance audiovisual systems, modular furniture, and customized lighting to allow for full adaptability.
Throughout the project, MoVe Architects oversaw not only the interior design but also the full coordination between all disciplines, including MEP, acoustic engineering, and fit-out supervision. The design is both timeless and practical, with durable finishes, sustainable materials, and high-performance acoustic and lighting solutions selected to meet the needs of a modern financial services company.
The EOS office stands as a testament to what can be achieved through a strong design vision, precise execution, and close collaboration with the client. With this project, MoVe Architects once again demonstrates their ability to transform strategic business goals into inspiring and functional work environments.
