The French Football Federation (FFF) chose Yemanja to redesign its offices and adapt them to today’s challenges. The goal was to create workspaces aligned with new professional practices, while reflecting the strong identity and collective spirit that define the FFF. This project, carried out hand in hand with their teams, aimed to combine employee well-being and performance within a space that is both functional and inspiring.
Yemanja drew inspiration from football culture to design spaces that reflect the identity of the FFF, creating areas that promote collaboration and team spirit. The office layout also served as a showcase to demonstrate how responsible practices can enhance workplace well-being.
This project showed that eco-responsible policies can positively impact daily quality of life and performance, without compromising aesthetics or functionality.
The spaces are organized around three guiding principles:
– Fervor: a team area that encourages cross-functionality, interaction, and friendliness.
– Focus: open-plan spaces designed for quiet, focused work, shielded from distractions and noise.
– Familiarity: custom-made furniture, known as ‘memory cages’, strengthens team spirit and fosters a sense of belonging. These elements define spaces without enclosing them, allowing teams to add shared memories.
