well, it’s december 7th, and i’ve yet to put out a single holiday decoration. how about you? it’s a sunny 75 degrees here in laguna beach, which is hampering my belief that the holidays have actually arrived. so, i guess i’m fashionably late to the decorating party, but i’ll get back into the spirit with you next week. in the meantime, let’s embrace something i like to call celebratory decay. much like the image above by anna malmberg it’s the beauty of vintage-inspired decor that embraces history, but many of this week’s friday finds also have a modern twist. have a joyful weekend, everyone. x. v.
