An office space encouraging collaboration & communication, whilst maintaining both brand and company culture at the design’s core, leaving a lasting impression on clients.
Direct Tiling Group has curated an inspiring & unique office space for Harris Williams, an established multinational investment bank & financial services company. Harris Williams initially wanted to construct a space that reflected their American-based offices, whilst establishing a sense of individuality within the office’s design. At the center of the project was Harris William’s goals to encourage co-working & communication among employees, whilst ensuring the brands’ culture was the foundation of the space.
Throughout the duration of the project, we held multiple design workshops with the client; providing us the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Harris Williams & accurately reflect the brand & culture throughout the office’s design. Following this, we developed visual concepts & a detailed space plan allowing us to create a light, modern & innovative workspace.
Harris William’s new office is now a transformed open-plan space, creating an environment encouraging collaboration among employees. The stunning space boasts a unique front-of-house area with bold branding & stunning marble walls & porcelain tiled floors providing a fresh, clean & luxurious aesthetic.
The agile space is shared over 6,200 sqft, including several meeting rooms, which are complete with cellular desks, bespoke furniture & subtle brand signage throughout the space. In addition, there are 3 lounge spaces, an open-style kitchen & a newly constructed social space, making Harris Williams a hub for collaboration & communication among its employees. There are also closed office spaces, creating a balance for both individual & co-working opportunities.
The reconstructed space has not only established a presence for Harris William’s within London, but it has also adapted the way the business functions entirely; taking a step back from their traditional spaces & supporting their ethos of forward-thinking.
