Humanis/I-hub recognized the potential to create an environment where employees could be happier and more productive in their current office at Balance Güneşli. The existing office layout could be improved to allow employees to interact more and enjoy their work more. With this awareness, Humanis/I-hub decided to move to a new office space to offer their employees a more inspiring and energetic work environment.
Their new office would be located at Maslak Link Plaza. Humanis/I-hub aimed to build a new office culture, creating a high-energy environment where everyone would enjoy working. They wanted a setup where no one had a fixed seating area, and everyone could work wherever they wanted. They envisioned an office that provided opportunities to work in open spaces, creating a pleasant and synergistic atmosphere.
As the Intelligent Design design team, we were very excited to take on this project. At the beginning of the project, we met with the Humanis/I-hub team to listen to their vision and expectations. These meetings laid the foundation for the project. We developed a common understanding to design an office where everyone would work with satisfaction and enjoyment.
In the first phase, we deeply analyzed the needs and expectations of the Humanis/I-hub team. We identified the dissatisfaction stemming from the current office layout and their expectations from the new office. This analysis formed the basis of the design process.
During the space planning phase, we ensured the most efficient use of the existing space to create an open office layout and flexible working areas. It was important to segment the space correctly and create areas where each employee could work comfortably. We adopted a modern and aesthetic design. Color choices, furniture arrangements, and decorative elements were carefully selected at this stage.
We provided the latest technological infrastructure to ensure employees could work efficiently. High-speed wireless internet access, video conferencing systems in smart meeting rooms, and digital tools that enhanced collaboration were integrated. Throughout the design process, we collected feedback from Humanis/I-hub employees and optimized the design based on this feedback. As a result, we created a modern and functional office environment that everyone was satisfied with.
In conclusion, the new office offers a high-energy and comfortable working environment where employees can interact. Thanks to the open spaces and flexible seating arrangement, employees can work wherever they want, positively reflecting on their work performance. The office we designed for Humanis/I-hub provides an environment where a new culture is built, and employees enjoy working and creating synergy.
