Lately, I’ve developed a serious love for all kinds of Australian spaces (need proof? see recent home tours here, here, and here!). There’s something about the lush backdrop of the bush and almost-always sunny skies that makes Australian homes bright, airy, and perfectly green and this Melbourne dwelling is no exception.
Casa Warrandyte, a modernist abode amongst the birds, bush and river, is home to creatives Stace Burt and Kenny Pomare and can even be rented out via air bnb (brb, I’m booking my trip to Australia!). The couple has set up shop in the once alternative 1940s school with their own artsy spin — I’m loving the pieces by Stella Maria Baer and Bobby Clark that adorn warm, wood-paneled walls. With tons of greenery both inside and out, this is a space I could definitely relax in!
