A mix of modern architecture, Spanish mission Ybor City influence, and marina boat life, Tampa exudes varying cultures that are all in play simultaneously. This office design blended these cultural influences together for vibrant and community style meeting and gathering spaces surrounding a central courtyard experience. Strong contrasting black and white tile patterns, striped fabrics, dark tin ceilings and green plant life focused the palette to a modern-day Mission style design. Small meeting nooks, and a communal bar allow employees and visitors to gather together or engage in private 1 on 1 meetings.
