my feet may be on the ground in America and my jet lag is waning, but my mind is still very much in france. but, as always it’s good to be home, cuddle my sweet mutt frances and get back to business — especially with quite a lot of fresh inspiration under my belt. travel does that for me every single time, and i’ve got a great round-up of paris recommendations coming your way as soon as i can get all my many photos together. so today, while i am back home we’re already armchair traveling back to france, the South East of France specifically to drop into , the gorgeous designed and run by , a very talented french interior designer who also sells her vintage finds . the holiday rental is in Luberon near a low mountain range that extends from East to West between the Alpes de Haute Provence and the department of Vaucluse near the city of Avignon and within reach of wonderful lavender fields, Provençal markets, flea markets, cicadas singing, and visits to the local nearby villages. is located in a charming building dating from the 19th century but given new life by clotilde, and located in the heart of the old town, with access to all kinds of shops from patisseries, to cafes and markets, not to mention the vintage decor shops which are quite close to the apartment. naturally, i’m inspired to return as soon as possible. you can see more about this beautiful cottage and make here or on . until then, follow and on instagram for more.
