from interiors to travel locations, portraiture, and lifestyle images, @marineburucoa is one of my personal favorite instagram accounts to follow. her images are shot on film, and the difference is discernable — there’s just nothing quite like film for capturing life in a way i just never find possible with my phone, no matter the filter i use.

a film photographer based in bordeaux, france, marine burucoa’s images have appeared in an abundance of magazines, and i can see why. the natural light and color are just stunning and really invite you in. marine says she “seeks to make the behind the scenes visible by creating sensitive images that emphasize gestures and imperfections” — a perfect definition of her inspiring work. have a look, visit her website and follow her at @marineburucoa. and be forewarned, her feed is bound to give you a bit of a travel bug, too. bon voyage!
