So there’s a need for safe, secure, and comfortable pet carriers for when you’re moving around the city for work or for errands.

Petro is a concept for an integrated system that can cater to the pet’s comfort and the owner’s lifestyle. The scooter-type vehicle lets you bring your pet on short to medium distance trips and lets you integrate it whether you’re traveling by trains, subways, or other public transportation, letting you switch from riding to walking mode.
Central to the Petro system’s appeal is the cleverly designed pet basket, the core component ensuring the comfort and safety of your cherished companion during transit. This pod isn’t just a container; it’s envisioned as a secure sanctuary on the move. It features a robust mechanism allowing it to be securely docked onto the scooter’s frame, providing stability and peace of mind while navigating city streets. When it’s time to transition from riding to walking – perhaps entering a building, boarding public transport, or simply reaching a destination – the basket is designed for effortless removal, likely via a quick-release system, transforming instantly into a portable carrier. This seamless transition is key to its practicality. Furthermore, its utility extends beyond travel. Upon returning home, this same familiar pod can serve as your pet’s regular resting space or den. This dual function is ingenious, leveraging the power of familiarity to potentially reduce travel-related stress, as the carrier itself becomes associated with the security and comfort of home.
