According to South Korean publication , certain iPhone 16 models might have a thinner bezels due to something called Border Reduction Technology (BRS).
The report, brought to the English-speaking world by , describes BRS as a technology that bends the circuits underneath the screen and places them more tightly, making the display bigger without taking up more space and compromising performance. The Korean outlet, which has been reliable for leaks at the manufacturing stage, says LG Display is ramping up its supply chain efforts to meet Apple’s goal.
