sometimes i wish my kitchen was a bit brighter, like my in echo park. so when i saw kitchens and dining areas like these that are so light and cheerful, it recently inspired me to figure out a way to to brighten my own space a bit more. since i’m renting now, and have cream & black tile that dates back to 1929, and while it’s charming, to lighten the space up i added a new vintage-inspired white stove and fridge, and a vintage white cabinet with glass doors for my prettier kitchen collections. i also had some shelves built above my bar area to help declutter the countertops and display some of my kitchen collectibles in a more cohesive way. i also made new curtains to let all the natural light flood in. anyway, i’d been pinning some looks i like for a long while and thought i’d share today where i find the inspiration to update . too bad i can’t bust out a wall and have these amazing french doors installed!
