i’ve been seeing a lot more color out there in design land and, i think it’s rubbing off on me a bit. is it possible to have an almost schizophrenic decorating disorder? i sometimes want to go from wanting a very clean, muted, vintage-modern home to something more colorful and a little bit exotic. the homes i’ve shared here go from being very bohemian modern, to influence from perhaps 1920’s-built spanish bungalow style and it’s those i’m feeling today. envision colorful tapestries and boucherouite rugs, colorful bedding, bold tiles, and a very bohemian vibe and that’s what’s rambling through my imagination today. it’s really quite an easy fix to live more colorfully when you change up all those textural elements around your home, and then go that extra mile adding colorful tile floors. here’s what i mean.
