Fortitude Valley marks a new chapter for McCormack and Studio 103 in Queensland.
After two years building relationships and delivering outcomes across the Brisbane market, the time had come to find a permanent home, one that could reflect who they are, showcase what they do, and give the team a space they’re genuinely proud of.
Moving away from temporary spec suites and into a considered, purpose-built environment in the heart of the James Street precinct was a deliberate statement of intent. The design draws from the three sectors the business knows best: hospitality, hotel, and workplace, weaving them together into something that feels cohesive rather than categorised.
Studio 103 led the design, incorporating a warm, earthy material palette and maximising natural light throughout the tenancy to create a welcoming and refined workplace experience.
Designed and delivered entirely in-house, this project is as much a proof of capability as it is a place to work. For both businesses, it signals permanence, whilst marking Studio 103’s first dedicated presence in Brisbane. A space the whole team helped bring to life, and one they’re proud to call home.
