Our Midas project, located in Anatolian side of Istanbul, is designed with a modern vision that prioritizes employee experience. It aims to create a work environment that promotes collaboration and flexibility through an activity-based office concept, breaking down the physical boundaries of traditional hierarchical structures.

The rich functional spaces provide high flexibility to meet both individual and team needs. In the design of the space, wood textures, green tones, and a warm color palette have been chosen to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Fabric-covered lighting elements have been used to optimize acoustic performance, ensuring both visual and auditory comfort. Only LVT flooring has been used throughout the Office as a main flooring, providing aesthetic integrity while ensuring hygiene and ease of maintenance. The lighting has been selected to support the various functional areas of the space, with a focus on acoustic considerations and visual comfort.

The planning strategy has been developed based on employee needs and mobility. The main layout is designed to create a comfortable and ergonomic open office arrangement that aligns with the company’s work culture. The central axis of the office, surrounded by meeting rooms, phone booths, and social areas, is complemented by workstation areas positioned along the facade to maximize daylight and enhance concentration. The variety of spaces enriches the user experience, incorporating phone booths designed for short calls, meeting rooms of various sizes, workstations at different heights for individual focus and teamwork, relaxation areas, and an amphitheater layout capable of hosting events. The internal staircase connecting the two floors is designed as an important element for both spatial continuity and design integrity.

Overall, our project aims to provide employees with not just a workplace, but also a comfortable and versatile space where they can enhance their productivity. The activity-based design approach offers advanced solutions for modern office design, delivering high standards in aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
