designed the office with a dynamic feel in São Paulo, Brazil.
The project stems from the need to expand the Monte Bravo Investimentos office, to create a 600m² space dedicated to the company’s marketing and technology team. With that in mind, we developed the space with a focus on optimizing the employees’ work process, where we organized the tables facing perpendicular to natural light, interspersed with work support spaces: with ideation modules (blackboards and brainstorm spaces), phone booths and pocket lounges.
To support the staff, closed rooms for meetings, multipurpose rooms, a recording studio and a cafeteria are also part of the project’s program, guaranteeing the necessary support for the company’s day-to-day dynamics.
The choice of purple color on the ceiling, refers to the company’s new visual identity, with a young, vibrant and modern language. The color unifies the different environments, as well as the apparent infrastructures and, on the other hand, the visual field at the observer’s height remains with a choice of neutral materials, favoring daily concentration.
The central square, the meeting place where the day starts and ends, also works as an articulating point for collective activities, demarcated by a metal ceiling with lighting scenarios that support the company’s various activities. The origin of the designs for the positioning of this lighting is given by the graphic elements of the new brand manual, where the light scenarios also demarcate, through a purple light, moments of relaxation between employees and events for customers.
