For the Municipality of Regensdorf, two existing buildings were merged into a future-oriented municipal administration spanning over 1,500 m². The result is a workplace concept with a variety of work zones that meets the needs of employees and creates a modern, welcoming work environment.
A particular highlight was the consolidation of 14 decentralized service counters into a single central point of contact on the ground floor, equipped with a digital ticketing system for efficient customer flow. Alongside the physical transformation, our team actively supported employees through the change with a comprehensive change management process.
