In designing the new office space, emphasis was placed on creating a diverse range of work settings and ensuring an efficient layout. The result is a vibrant and versatile environment that supports collaboration, concentration, and creativity.

Dynamic Entrance Area
At the entrance, a spacious lounge doubles as a presentation area, featuring a social stair, informal pouf seating, and a large wall-mounted screen. This area immediately conveys a welcoming atmosphere where employees and visitors can gather, collaborate, and feel inspired beyond the typical desk-bound work experience.

Meeting Spaces for Every Need
The office includes various meeting environments tailored to different needs:

Two formal meeting rooms of different sizes with glass walls enhanced by opaque graphics for privacy, equipped with audio/video technology for seamless conference calls.

Two phone booths designed for smaller meetings of 2 to 4 people, conveniently located near the open workspace.

A brainstorming area separated from the open space by a stylish bookshelf. This zone is furnished with diverse seating options and features tools like multimedia screens and whiteboards, fostering creative and informal discussions.

Flexible Open Workspace
The open space is equipped with height-adjustable desks to promote ergonomic working postures. Acoustic panels provide privacy, while clusters of desks are separated by large planters that double as storage units. Natural light floods the area, creating a soothing and productive atmosphere.

Inviting Break Area
The bright and spacious break zone includes:
A fully equipped kitchen.
A communal table.
A games area.
Cozy seating arrangements with tables, sofas, and chairs for informal gatherings.

Thoughtful Materials and Colors
The design maximizes natural light and incorporates a calming palette of light colors. Wooden elements, including parquet flooring, desk surfaces, and shelving, add warmth and texture, complemented by light gray carpeting. Accent details in the brand’s signature yellow and green infuse energy and align with corporate identity.

Activity-Based Working Philosophy
This project embraces the concept of Activity-Based Working, offering employees a variety of spaces to choose from based on their current task, whether it’s focused work, collaborative meetings, or casual interactions.

The new office harmonizes relaxation and stimulation, creating a modern, multi-functional workplace that caters to diverse professional needs.
