Inspired by the core values that NTQ Solution—an ICT solution provider—delivers to businesses worldwide, the “Momentum for Change” concept was developed by ICADVietnam as a spatial metaphor for transformation and growth.
ICADVietnam’s architects have created a workspace shaped like an internal engine, where NTQ Solution’s spirit of relentless creativity and development is ignited and amplified.
The “Momentum for Change” philosophy is expressed through a design language of movement, featuring:
Gradient Colors: Evoking a sense of motion while spreading energy for innovation and growth.
Flexible Spatial Transformation: Organizing furniture and functions for maximum adaptability.
Organic Curves: Leading the eye and creating a soft, rhythmic flow throughout the office.
Reception Area
The Reception Area serves as the opening chapter of the project’s “transformative” flow. The central focal point makes a powerful impression with a wood-paneled wall transitioning through a Blue – White – Blue gradient. This not only recreates the brand colors but also symbolizes a continuous pace of development. The color-shift effect creates a feeling of constant motion—mirroring the evolution of NTQ Solution itself.
The Waiting Area is integrated with the NTQ Store, a space for displaying products, awards, and corporate milestones. This area is conceptualized as a “doorway to the future,” representing NTQ Solution’s mission: “Guiding businesses toward growth and innovation.”
The Lobby Area
Continuing the flow of transformation, the Lobby (Waiting Area) is inspired by the image of moving waves. This motion is visualized through soft curves on the floors, carpets, and ceilings. Combined with light reflecting off material surfaces, it creates a natural, gentle sense of movement. This ripple effect makes the space feel as though it is never static, always ready to break through and move forward. These Organic Curves naturally guide the eye, connecting emotional touchpoints and shaping the first experience of everyone entering the space.
NTQ Store
The NTQ Store is designed as a “Brand Gateway”—a symbol of the journey of innovation and creativity. It showcases the products, solutions, and signature technological marks that NTQ Solution has contributed to the global tech industry. The open display layout, combined with natural light and accent LED systems, ensures each product becomes a “focal point of brand energy.”
Functional & Utility Spaces
Each utility area is crafted as a “stage” in the creative stream—where “Momentum for Change” is materialized through light, materials, functionality, and experience.
Pantry Area: Designed as a soft pause in the work rhythm. The fluid ceiling shapes and continuous light strips evoke movement, while diverse decorative materials and curved furniture provide sophisticated relaxation. A winding green carpet acts like a stream, guiding users and maintaining the “Momentum for Change” journey throughout the office.
VIP Meeting Room: Conceived as a “power station” for creativity and strategic direction. Smart glass partitions allow for Flexible Spatial Transformation, switching between frosted glass for focused, private meetings and transparent glass to create a seamless, airy connection with the surrounding environment.
Training & Small Meeting Rooms: These enclosed, modern spaces are designed for maximum focus. A blue and white color palette combined with flexible furniture creates a dynamic atmosphere adaptable to various training formats. Equipped with advanced projection technology, these rooms ensure an efficient learning experience.
Through a design language rooted in movement, ICADVietnam has transformed the NTQ Solution office into a vibrant hub of creativity and innovation. The result is a modern, open workspace that carries the distinct DNA of the NTQ brand—where every detail tells a story of constant transformation, reaching toward the future of Vietnamese technology on the global map.
