another year around the sun, as they say. i wish this birthday were more like when i was five, without a care in the world, and were spending it at disneyland! remember when we couldn’t wait to get older and all we worried about is if the parents would spring for some mouse ears with our name embroidered? alas, here i am, and the world feels heavier these days, right? so, i’m taking the day off, taking stock as one does as one ages, and i’m also . now isn’t that a nice way to really wish me a happy birthday and support my work (wink wink)? love ya, and i’ll see you next week. xo, v.
