The building used to be the Saint Lazare station, train repair workshop before becoming a showroom for the Citroen carmaker in the 50s. Recently renovated and turned into the home of Payfit, one of France’s most promising startups.

The project aims to be an **avant-garde of future at work** in a post-Covid era.

A very large part of the surfaces have been dedicated to interactions between coworkers in many forms and sizes along with celebration areas to strenghten corporate culture. The whole program was built around different usages. Flex desking is the norm, but we also created extra options such as a daylight library, a nap zone, a crossfit training zone, outdoor terraces, large kitchen and dining areas, shower rooms and more.

Sustainability was a pillar of the project from the start with Natural Rubber floorings, 100% plywood furniture and recycled wood wool acoustic panels.
