so it’s no surprise that this former blueberry farm turned inn on Portugal’s secluded Alentejo coast Uva do Monte, has a rustic countryside family suite with a very pink motif. Designed by the Independente Collective, the brainchild of four brothers — avid wanderers who envisioned a different concept of hospitality where travelers, as well as locals, could come together, sharing stories, experiences, and memories. they sought to bring back one of Portugal’s finest traditions: hospitality but added their own twist to it, with spaces that are as elegant as they are cool and as exclusive as they were open.
