Designed for Pragmatic Play’s young and fast-moving team, Cachè Atelier’s 3,500-square-metre Sofia office combines a refined workplace framework with a more energetic, industrial character. The interior was conceived as an energetic environment that reflects the pace and character of its users, balancing focused workspaces with informal areas for collaboration, socialising, and exchange.
A restrained base palette of dark finishes, exposed textures and warm timber gives the office a strong design identity. At the same time, industrial details introduce a rawer edge suited to the youthful atmosphere. Metal elements, visible structures and graphic lighting are softened by upholstered furniture and tactile surfaces, creating a workplace that appears both robust and comfortable.
Colour is used selectively throughout the interior. Orange and purple accents, drawn from Pragmatic Play’s branding palette, appear across furniture, lighting and selected spatial elements, bringing moments of intensity to the otherwise muted material scheme. These interventions help distinguish different zones when reinforcing the company’s visual identity without eclipsing the architecture.
Rather than creating a conventional corporate office, Cachè Atelier approached the project as a sequence of varied working environments. Open-plan areas, meeting spaces, and relaxed communal zones connect through a consistent material language, allowing the workplace to shift between concentration and interaction while maintaining a clear sense of cohesion.
The result is an office that feels contemporary, youthful and deliberately expressive—combining industrial references, bold colour and carefully detailed materials to create a workplace customised to the energy of Pragmatic Play’s Sofia team.
