Product Design: Concepts & Collectable Design 2018 Archive | Yellowtrace

Concept Product Design deals with all those interesting objects we’ve uncovered that fall outside the commercial product category – i.e. designs which are prototypes, experiments, graduation projects, interpretations, small runs, collectible design & limited editions. We realise these aren’t as useful to interior designers, architects and design enthusiasts when they are looking to source or specify product for their projects, however this category links back to the core philosophy of Yellowtrace which is celebrating and acknowledging many creative disciplines, even those we may not be working in (or with) directly. Our mission is to actively inspire, challenge and expand the minds of creative professionals, broaden their horizons, bring new ideas to the table in order to make them the very best inspired version of themselves.

Our coverage of Product Design has grown significantly, which is why we are splitting it into five separate roundups in order to keep the roundups more specific. Look out for separate Product Design roundups for Lighting, Finishes, Accessories & Appliances and Furniture.
