RokkerX’s office is located near the city center of Sofia, in a rapidly developing business district surrounded by office buildings, shopping centers, and public amenities.
The company leased an entire floor of a building previously occupied by another tenant. The first step of the project involved a demolition process, creating space for new design ideas to be integrated.
The office accommodates 80 workstations, along with a 8-seat high-table collaboration zone that encourages dynamic teamwork and brainstorming. Two phone booths offer private areas for focused conversations, while two meeting rooms are designed for internal discussions and client presentations. A 12-person boardroom supports executive-level meetings.
Kitchen and recreation areas are combined to promote employee well-being and casual interactions, while an additional coffee corner, strategically placed, serves as a social hub and enhances connectivity across the floor.
All meeting rooms are oriented toward the façade windows, providing abundant natural light and a comfortable microclimate for extended discussions. The office perimeter is reserved for open work areas, maximizing daylight access and offering expansive city views.
The design adopts a natural color palette that complements the industrial aesthetic of exposed concrete structures and open ceilings. Polished concrete surfaces add a raw, authentic character, while vibrant accents in RokkerX’s brand colors inject energy and reinforce the company’s identity. Subtle references to RokkerX’s focus on sports are incorporated into the design elements, reinforcing its brand ethos.
The kitchen area stands out with a creative dual-tone approach—gray and green—echoing the broader office palette while introducing a playful contrast. This choice not only enhances visual interest but also symbolizes balance and harmony within the workspace.
The design seamlessly integrates RokkerX’s brand identity, reflecting its dynamic and modern culture. The thoughtful layout and aesthetic choices foster a spirit of collaboration, innovation, and well-being.
By prioritizing natural light, ergonomic design, and flexible workspaces, the office becomes more than just a place to work—it embodies the company’s values and vision.
